Lizzie's FCC Hub is a global community for business and creative professionals who use English as a second or additional language.
I created the FCC Hub because I believe that English should never be a barrier—it should be a bridge.
As a business or creative professional working in a language that isn’t your first, it’s easy to feel like your full personality, your talent, or your message gets lost. My vision is to change that. I want every EFL (English as a Foreign Language) professional creator to feel fully seen, heard, and understood in the global space.
Fluency isn’t just about vocabulary or grammar. It’s about owning your voice, expressing your ideas clearly and confidently, and connecting with people across cultures—without compromising who you are.
The FCC Hub is more than a coaching programme or a language space. It’s a community where you can learn, practise, grow, and connect alongside other brilliant creatives who are on the same journey.
Here, you’ll find support, tools, guidance, and encouragement as you:
Strengthen your fluency in real-world, work-related conversations and emails
Build genuine confidence in meetings, presentations, and collaborative spaces
Make meaningful connections with people who understand the challenge of communicating creatively in English
I’ll help you move beyond just “getting by” in English to becoming fluent, persuasive, and unforgettable
There’s no shortage of English courses out there. But most of them are designed for exams or corporate offices, not for you.
You work in creative industries. You freelance, pitch ideas, design things, perform, write, teach, coach, or build something unique. Your communication needs are different. You’re not just translating words—you’re expressing who you are, what you do, and what you care about.
That’s why the FCC Hub focuses on:
Everyday language for creative communication and collaboration
Cultural nuance and tone—so you sound natural, not stiff or scripted
Tools for feedback, client conversations, networking, and self-promotion
Real human communication, not textbook grammar drills
If you’re an EFL creative or business professional who feels almost fluent—but still second-guesses your English in professional settings—you belong here.
Maybe you’re:
A professional or a designer presenting your work to international clients
A coach writing content for a global audience
A performer preparing to pitch in English
A freelancer responding to emails and proposals, but unsure of the tone
Or someone who simply wants to feel more confident and capable when it matters
Whether you’re already successful or just starting out, if you want to feel stronger in your communication, this is your space.
Fluency is freedom.
You don’t need to sound like a native speaker. You just need to sound like yourself—clear, confident, and true to your voice.
Confidence is a skill.
You don’t have to “be confident” to begin. You build confidence by doing, practising, trying, connecting, and getting the right support.
Connection is power.
This is a place for creative minds who want to grow together, give feedback, exchange ideas, and support one another in becoming more visible, fluent, and creatively fulfilled.

Whether you're preparing to send a proposal, deliver a presentation, or write your website copy, this is where you come to practise, refine, and feel proud of how you sound.
Because I know how powerful it is to find your voice—and to use it in the world.
I’m Lizzie Eldridge, a Business English coach with a creative background in performance, writing, and education. I’ve worked with brilliant people from all over the world who just needed a little help turning hesitation into clarity and self-doubt into momentum.
You don’t need to wait until your English is “perfect.”
You don’t need to become someone else to succeed internationally.
You just need the right space to grow, with the right people beside you.
